Dalton Gooding - Non Executive Chairman

Mr Gooding was a partner with Ernst & Young for 14 years. From 1992 to 1996 he was a member of the National Board of Directors of Ernst & Young, responsible for strategic planning and financial performance.

In 1998, he launched Gooding Pervan, Chartered Accountants, an accounting firm specialising in business advice, financial accounting and income tax advice for high net worth individuals and private companies. Gooding Pervan has grown significantly and now employs 45 staff.

Mr Gooding holds a number of public and private company directorships including: Brierty Limited (Chairman), Katana Capital Ltd (Chairman), RAC Insurance, RAC Holdings Pty Ltd, Perth Investment Corporation Limited (Chairman), Avita Medical Limited (Chairman) and St John of God Health Care. Mr Gooding was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Chairman in December 2006.

Humphry Rolleston - Deputy Chairman

Mr Rolleston is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management. He is a director of four New Zealand public companies, Sky Network Television Limited, Property for Industry Limited, Mercer Group Limited and Infratil Limited.

Mr Rolleston owns a number of private businesses operating in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and has been a director of Craigpine Timber Ltd, a New Zealand timber company for the past 20 years. He is also the chairman of Simmonds Lumber and ANZCRO Pty Ltd in Australia, and Murray & Company Limited in New Zealand.

Mr Rolleston has been in business on his own account for 35 years. Over that period he has successfully helped develop companies in the helicopters, cold storage, manufacturing and finance sectors. Mr Rolleston was appointed to the Board in December 2004.

Graeme Black - Executive Director

Mr Black is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from the London Business School.

He is the Managing Director of Sims Cooper & Co, a medium-sized agribusiness group. Mr Black is also Chairman of Taltarni and Clover Hill Vineyards and director on the advisory board of Clos du Val, Napa. He has been a director of Craigpine Timber Ltd NZ, for the last 23 years and a non-executive director of Simmonds Lumber Pty Ltd for 23 years.

With experience working for marketing strategy companies in London, Mr Black has been involved as a company director in mergers and acquisitions of both publicly listed and private companies in Australasia.

Mr Black joined the Board in October 2005.

Steve Baldwin - Non-Executive Director

Mr Baldwin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 years professional experience in the accounting profession with Price Waterhouse followed by 12 years managing funds in the private equity industry.

Working for Hambro-Grantham as an Investment Manager and then Director, Mr Baldwin was involved in all aspects of private equity. He became Head of Private Equity at Colonial First State when they acquired Hambro-Grantham in 2000 and held this position until his resignation in 2006. Through his private consulting company, he has continued to provide advisory services on private equity matters to many companies since 2006.

Mr Baldwin has held various directorships including for Colonial First State Private Capital, Mincom, SG Fleet Services and Australian Kitchen Industries. Mr Baldwin joined the Lignor Board in March 2007.

William Harvey - Non-Executive Director

Mr Harvey has 30 years experience at all levels of the agri-business industry and has been a strong advocate for development and innovation within this industry.

Mr Harvey is a farmer in south west Western Australian having operated one of the State's largest sheep and wool growing enterprises and, more recently, has leased land to Great Southern to grow eucalypt hardwoods. He is currently Director of Superfine Investments Pty Ltd, Glentone Grazing Company Pty Ltd and Green Gables Pty Ltd.

The Harvey family were one of the original investors in and co-founders of Lignor in 2000. Mr Harvey has been a Director since March 2001.

Peter Burton - Research & Development Manager

Mr Burton is a founding shareholder in Lignor and has been instrumental in the development of the Lignor project over the past seven years. Mr Burton is the principal of Agway, a private agri-industrial consulting services company. He studied engineering (cereal milling) at St Gallen Polytechnic, Switzerland, and has had over 35 years experience in agri-industries. Mr Burton has been involved in various projects in Australia, Asia, Middle East and South America.

Prior to starting his consultancy company, Agway, Mr Burton held the position of Export Manager and Manager Milling Systems (Asia) for the Sprout-Bauer division of US based Combustion Engineering Inc. This position covered all sales and marketing projects and systems throughout Asia and had responsibility for the development of agent networks in ten Asian countries including China.

For the past 18 years Mr Burton has consulted through Agway for Australian and Asian clients in the areas of feed and flour mills, fibre dehydration plants, extrusion plants, cattle feedlots, fibre processing technology and process technology generally.
